Where is your office located? Do you only serve Wytheville?
We are located at 3445 Stoney Fork Road [North 4th Street], Wytheville, VA. We serve injured parties in Wythe and surrounding counties, as well as up and down the I-81 and I-77 corridors. Our estate planning practice is generally limited to Wythe and Bland Counties.
How do I know if I need a lawyer?
That’s a good question. I would say, when in doubt, consult an attorney. Like many firms, we do not charge for an initial consultation about your case.
How much does it cost to work with Lacy Law?
We handle personal injury and wrongful death cases on a contingency basis, meaning we get paid a percentage of what we recover for you. Our estate planning work is based upon the time involved and complexity of your estate. We can give you an estimate of the costs during our initial consultation.
